Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your Chasing Tangles gear.

Change of mind / incorrect size: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, unused and in their original condition. Customers are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind or sizing returns.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at chasingtanglesfishing@gmail.com with your order number and photos where applicable. We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement, repair or refund.

Exchanges: Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. Return postage costs may apply for change-of-mind size exchanges.

Non-returnable items: Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery generally cannot be returned for change of mind.

Australian Consumer Law: Nothing in this policy excludes or limits any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
